    dear mr. platini,

    i would like to make an official complaint about turkish football association for legalising match fixing by announcing the change of article 58 of disciplinary procedure. the only aim of this change is to save fenerbahçe sk from relegation that you know were involved in several match fixing activity last season.

    as yourself and mr. infantino mentioned several times, this is uefa’s and fifa’s must have disciplinary act and all federations have to obey this rule. please take prompt action on this matter and save turkish football.

    political interfere and unfair treatment in turkish football must be stopped now. bring justice to turkish footbal by following your disciplinary procedures no later than today.

    önemli olan avrupa'da şike veya şikeye teşebbüs nedeniyle küme düşürülen futbol kulüpleri ve taraftarlarının yaşanan rezillikten haberdar edilmesidir. bu kulüplerin uefa'ya tepki göstermesi ve tazminat davaları açması sağlanmalıdır. zira futbolun kuralları, cezaları farklı ülkelerde bu kadar değişken olamaz. bir ülkede şike yapan kulüp baş tacı edilirken, başka bir ülkede benzer bir eylemi yapan bir kulübün alt kümelere düşürülmesi saçmalıktan başka bir şey değildir... uefa'nın alınan karara göz yumması belki bu şekilde önlenebilir...

    uefa'ya ek olarak isviçre, yunanistan ve italya futbol federasyonlarına ek olarak ayrıca juventus ve şikeden ligten düşen bütün takımlara gönderilmelidir. eğer gerçek bir yaptırım istiyorsanız bu mutlaka ve mutlaka yapılması elzem bir harekettir.

    basit bir mantıkla düşünürseniz türkiyedeki bu olaylara uefa müdehala etmezler ise, ligden düşen takımların türkiyeyi emsal göstererek uefaya dava açma yolu açılır ki emin olun öyle bir durumda uefa türkiyede gerçekten yaptırımları uygular.

    ayrıca bilgi kirliliğini önlemek adına bu konuda bir internet sitesi açılıp uefa'ya ve diğer kulüplere gönderilecek metin ingilizce olarak siteye konmali ve hepsinin mail adresleri kopyala yapıştır yapılabilecek şekilde yazılmalıdır.

    mailınızı gönderdikten sonra arkanıza yaslanıp afiyetle olayları izleyebilirsiniz. benden size bir bilir kişi tavsiyesi, vaktim olsa bir dakika durmam bununla uğraşırdim fakat bu entryi bile cep telefonundan yazıyorum.

    dear sir/madam,

    as juventus fc fans we are closely following the recent actions taken by the turkish football federation regarding the match fixing scandal in turkey. as we all know, our team was immediately relegated to second division in 2006 by an instant decision taken by the italian federation. comparing the two cases, we see that in turkey there is even more evidence about match-fixing than there was in the case of italy but turkish federation has not taken any instant action saying there was no clear evidence on the pitch. furthermore, as we hear from the recent news it's even possible that they will not punish any of the teams involved by changing the relevant regulations on match-fixing sanctions.

    we want to know why our team was immediately relegated to second division and none of the teams involved in the scandal in turkey are facing a similar sanction. as juventus fc fans we want justice among all the member countries of uefa and fifa. if match-fixing symptoms may be considered as "just an attempt" by turkish football federation, the same procedure could have been followed by italian federation so that our team wouldn't have been relegated to second division and lost almost all of its players as well as a big amount of money.

    we hope uefa makes a clear statement about the global understanding of match-fixing, illegal betting and their sanctions, how they are applied and how to fight against those. we also hope that one of uefa's main principles "zero tolerance" isn't just a slogan but a main guideline strictly and equally applied to all teams of member countries.

    this might be the hardest one of the several complain letters i wrote to yourself regarding the match fixing scandal in turkey.

    the verdict that the discipline committee announced today is a disgrace to turkish fooball and a solid proof of political interfere on the decision made.

    despite the fact that two different ethical committee reports announced regarding the match fixing investigation underlining that fenerbahçe sk was involved with several match fixing activities turkish football federation and the discipline committee invented a solution undermining the intelligence of yourself and all turkish citizens.

    i must say that i am disgusted with a decision that bans members of fenerbahçe sk management and the players of the teams that they have given bribe to, but not the fenerbahçe sk.

    i call yourself and all uefa discipline committees on duty and act strictly on this matter and ban turkey from all competitions unless they change this unfair decision. as head of european football i request you take responsibility on this case and bring justice to turkish football before it is too late.

    dear mr.platini, mr.infantino and valuable members of uefa discipline commitee,

    as we all know, the match fixing scandal in turkish premier division is currently under investigation and
    turkish professionel football discipline commitee (pfdk) have announced their desicions by may 7, 2012. discipline
    commitee decided to ban several fenerbahçe sk execuitives, several footballer managers and several footballers out of the game from one to
    three years time. especially, one of the most suprising desicion was about ibrahim akın who fixed a match result only by himself but
    no one else.

    the verdict of pfdk shows that banned execuitives, managers and footballers have effected the results of
    matches, which we all know as match-fixing. unfortunately, commitee underestimated the "zero tolerance" rule of your code
    and decided not to punish football clubs even though their execuitive members accused by match-fixing.

    match-fixing scandals of italian and greek football have been punished according to your "zero tolerance" policy and teams
    included into the scandal sentenced with heavy penalties. however, the last decisions made by pfdk is ignoring your strict
    attitude against match-fixing.

    we are calling you to provide justice in turkish football and take matters into your hands. decisions of turkish football
    federation (tff) is against your disciplinary codes and your strict approach towards match-fixing, bribing and betting.
    also, this uneffective disciplinary boundaries of pfdk will encourage other teams to attempt match-fixing and bribing.
    if you stay out of this scandal, turkish football will enter into new turmoils and credibility of uefa will be suspected
    by other european football associations.

    dear sirs,

    they did before, they are doing now and they will always do “match fixing” because “as fenerbahce fans always say” noboby can overcome with fenerbahce in turkey. they control all sports activities, almost all media persons, all federation members and federation boards. if anybody claim anything on fenerbahce, only result is to get beaten, threaten and forced to resing just like with mr. helvaci and mr. aribogan.

    the decision has been made how we knew at the beginning. fenerbahce was accused from 19 different matches at the beginning. then they did ddecrease to 3 matches“in spite of all evidences, scandals phone talkings, and the results on the games” . then, they did say there is not anything on the game but there may be some “attempt”. then, they said the attempt can not count as “match fixing”, the clubs and the member should be seperated. now, their decision is the ban of 2 members of fenerbahce club for some years without any punsihment on the clubs.

    so, they are all clever and we are really silly with watching this comedy and knowing what was going to happen from the beginning to the end.

    nobody can overcome with fenerbahce in turkey because they know how to fix, how to cheat, how to blackmail, how to intimidate.

    so, for me, i must say i gave up being a football fan because of htis comedy playing for 10 months.

    never and ever say justice in turkish football federation and uefa.
